Send us your detailed needs via inquiry: design drawings (CAD/3D), 3D models, or specific requirements (size, crystal type, frame material, color, lighting effect, application scenario, quantity, etc.). The more detailed, the more accurate the quotation.

step 2: Quotation & Design Confirmation

Our professional design team will analyze your requirements within 24 hours, provide a detailed quotation (including material cost, production cost, shipping cost) and a revised design draft (if needed) for your confirmation. We will adjust the design until you are satisfied.

Step 3: Sample Production & Approval

After design and quotation confirmation, we will produce a custom sample for your quality inspection. You can check the crystal transparency, frame finish, lighting effect and other details. We will modify the sample according to your feedback until it meets your expectations.

Step 4: Deposit Payment & Mass Production

After sample approval, you need to pay the deposit (usually 30%-50% of the total amount). We will arrange mass production immediately, strictly following the confirmed sample standard. During production, we can provide production progress photos/videos for your reference.

Step 5: Strict Multi-Round QC Inspection

All custom products will go through 3 rounds of strict quality inspection: 1) Material re-inspection; 2) Appearance & structure inspection; 3) Lighting function & safety test. Only products that pass all inspections can be shipped.

Step 6: Packaging, Delivery & After-Sales

We use anti-shock, moisture-proof and anti-crash packaging to ensure the safe transportation of crystal products. After shipping, we will provide the tracking number for you to query. We provide 12-month warranty for all custom products, and professional technical support for installation and maintenance.
